Ala Turca Liberalizm , Ala Turca Demokrasi ….!!

Yargının , medyanin ve denetimin siyasilere bağımlı olduğu , milletvekilini siyasi parti liderinin sectigi milletvekilinin bile bagimli oldugu sistemde  demokrasiden söz açma mümkün değildir.

Bu olsa olsa Alaturka Demokrasi’dir…

Hukuk devleti olamayan ülkeler gelir dağılımındaki dengeyi sağlayamaz, liberalizmin birinci halkası olan ‘serbest bırak’ uygulanır ancak liberalizmi ayakta tutan demokrasinin olmazsa olmaz koşulullarından bağımsız ve ehil denetim-yargının olmadığı yerde ülkenin kaynakları artmaz, dar olan kaynakları da denetim yapamadığınız için kişilere faiz diye ödersiniz…

Bu liberalizmin adı da Alaturka liberalizm olur…

Eş dost hukuku, baskı-sindirme ve satılık bilirkişi raporları ile karar çıkartarak bir anda çetenin aklandığını, şikayetçinin ise madur duruma düştüğünü ülkemizde büyük olaylarda görmek mümkündür. Türkiye bugüne kadar işte bu yüzden banka-ihale-hazine-hayali ihracat soygunlarının hiçbirini çözememiştir. Bu yolsuzlukların ülkeye getirdiği maddi zarar, 100 milyar Dolarları aşmış ancak en önemlisi ülke köşe dönücülüğü, ilkesizliği ve yapanın yakında kar kalırı ilke haline getirmiştir.

Sayıştayın bile hesap alamadığı ülkede bir de beyan esası olmadığı gibi yargı ve denetimde çetenin emrinde olunca, insanlar hiçbir şeye inanmamış ve sonuçta böyle ucube bir durumla karşı karşıya kalınmıştır

Yarı demokrasi, eş-dost liberalizmi, eş-dost hukuku ile AB’ye girmek mümkün olmadığı gibi gelişmiş ülke olmak da mümkün değildir.

Askerin hazirlamis oldugu  “Anayasal Demokratik diktatorluk ”  ” Eş-dost liberalizmi ” ile demokrasiyi alaturca, liberalizmi ala turca hale getirdik . Ekonomik basarilar  bizi tam demokrasiye ve liberalizme taşımaya yetmedi. Hakikaten  30 yildir iktidara gelenler bunu istiyor muydu, yoksa kendilerine  bağlı yargı ve denetim sistemi ile kendi medyasını, kendi iş adamını üreterek yarı diktatör mü olmak istiyordu bunu hiçbirimiz bilemeyiz ancak yaptıklarına bakıldığında tam demokrasiden ve liberalizmden yana olduğunu söylemek mümkün değildir.

Özal seyirciye oynayan çok usta bir oyuncu idi, her ayağı ile topa vurma becerisi olan takımı unutturup kendisini seyrettirebilen usta bir oyuncu idi.

Takımın alt yapısına, takımın gelişmesine önem vermedi, bunu yapamadığı için de işte onun yerine geçenler döneminde eş-dost liberalizmi daha da gelişti, bankaları soyanlar “Bankalardan Sorumlu Bakan” olabildi.

İktidar olduğunda mali milatı kaldır, mali aflar çıkar, kayıt dışı ekonomiyi sisteme katarak ülkede kaynak sorununu çözmek için ‘Kayıt dışına bırakalım çalsınlar, bırakalım vergi vermesinler gibi liberal bir yaklaşım içinde olmak liberalizmin dibine atılan en büyük bombadır. Kayıt dışına bağlı kalkınma modeli ile Liberalizm ve Demokrasi yaşatılamaz, bunun adı olsa olsa Alaturkalıktır.

Şunu unutmamak gerekir ki tam demokrasi yapanın yanında kar bırakacak, kayıt dışı ekonomi, yargının ve denetimin aflarla moralini bozup “görevi yapsak da nasılsa siyasi irade af eder” mantığı ile gelişemez.

Kayıt dışı ekonomi, eş-dost hukuku, eş-dost liberalizmi iflas etmiştir, hala aynı yolları denemek çözüm değildir. Turkiye bugune kadar yaptiklarinin tamamen tersini yaparak
Demokrasiye gecip, Liberal ekonomiye donebilir ..
